1. Stop looking at what people think of you.
So you made some mistakes and bad decisions. You fell, got up again and did it again and again. So what! Do not be harsh on yourself and those who judge you and keep an eye on you, refrain from giving your thoughts to your King (or Queen) Dome. His opinion does not matter. Developing one, "I do not adopt a very bad attitude" is a sure way to free yourself from the prison of other people's decisions, so that it gives you a lot of pleasure.
2. Be around people who love you.
Sometimes when we get into a negative feeling we want to be trapped in solitude. It’s human and sometimes you just need some time for yourself. It makes sense, but if you have the opportunity to gain some love and true power, do so. You never know how much refill you can get by being surrounded by good energy. Walk around your family, or friends who have a lot of things or your lover who is dying to spend time with you. You never know how much you will grow up around attentive people.
3. Do what you love to do.
Okay, so you’re not your 9-5 fan and that’s good. What do you do after work? Or on the weekends? Diving first into what you are doing brings a new flame of joy into your soul. I love film and photography and when I get behind the camera, all I care about is coming back on stage and I get to my happiest place. Do what you like consistently. Each day you should allocate the time you like. Although it is only a few minutes a day.
