5 Ways to Deal With Anxiety

1. Become a relaxation expert. 

We all know how to relax. But chilling in front of the TV or computer is not true relaxation. (Depending on what you see or do, it can put you under a lot of stress.) This also applies to alcohol, drugs, or tobacco. They may seem to reduce anxiety or stress, but this is a false state of temporary relaxation.
